Gettysburg – Book, Music, and Lyrics by: Jim & Deborah Schmitt

It’s the spring of 1861 and two soldiers, best of friends, find they no longer serve side by side in the same army, but now command troops on opposing sides of the Civil War. Separated for two years, they are reunited on a battlefield south of the quaint Pennsylvania village of Gettysburg. The residents of Gettysburg never thought the war would reach their doors, and yet they find themselves embroiled in the midst in this epic battle.
